My first visit here after moving to Wake Forest in July. I was thoroughly impressed with my hygienist Shannon and Dr. Wood! The lobby staff were warm and welcoming, Shannon was a delight to work with, and did a thorough new patient evaluation complete with x-rays, and then did a comfortable cleaning. Dr. Wood came in and advised me about sleep apnea and possible tools to treat it, and found a cavity beginning to develop under an old crown. All-in-all I am very glad I chose Gentle Family Dentistry to be my new provider of dental care, and my wife has scheduled her first visit for later this month. Simply stated, I highly recommend Gentle Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a fantastic dental treatment experience.
Always a great experience. Staff know how to deliver great customer service. Everyone is happy, courteous and savvy. I’ve been with them almost when they opened. They are THE BEST! Had my tooth break this morning…called and got me in immediately!!! Grateful. In/out in 2hours. New tooth!!🥰
Add on today: had a crown break…called and got in the very next morning. Left within 1.5 hours with new crown…that’s it. They truly do customer service well. Staff has been there 20 years….that says ALOT! some staff drive quite a distance to work there. They are the best in every way
