Let me start this review with a quick background on my project. I contacted 4 contractors to prepare the land, pour the concrete pad and construct my 30X50 ft. metal building. Two of the contractors were unable to complete all parts of the project. The other two were $20-30K over my budget and would not commit on a start date much less an estimated finish date. One of the larger contractors increased the price 3 times before starting work! I had just about given up on finding an honest contractor that could do the work on my timeline and budget. CCI is absolutely incredible. We have had projects at our house performed by Mike and Sam. Mike installed a door in the back of the house and Sam laid brick down our hallway. Both projects were executed efficiently and the end result was extremely satisfying. They are perfectionists so every detail was taken care of. They are professional, reliable, and masters of their craft. We have seen the boss, Jeremy, at work as well in other friends houses and he sets the standard for hard work within the company. I can't recommend CCI enough.
