I had a spectacular experience dropping in to a slow flow class while I was visiting WF this week! Jen was welcoming and warm and did an excellent job orienting me to the studio for my first visit. Her class was spectacular - exactly what I needed! She gave recommendations for other classes to try, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thanks for a beautiful drop-in experience!

This studio is a loving, assuring community, built and nurtured by compassionate, brave, generous and skilled yogis. It is a reliable, judgement-free, safe zone for all. The heat, the floor, the vibe, the pauses, the movements, the sounds, the fairy lights, the soothing color of the walls, the lavendery coolness of the face towels at the end of the class, the routines, teachers and members are better than perfect. Love this place! I'm so lucky to have Alchemy right here in Wake Forest! I felt right at home the first class. A real welcoming vibe, reminded me of the way hot yoga studios were when I first started. The way they laid the room out with these cool light strips on the ceiling and little mandalas on the wall to mark where to put your mat, super cool and clever. I took several classes from slow flows, longer power flows to yin with pranayama, all were amazing! One class, coming out of shavaeana, I was not quite sure where I was (sign of an awesome class!), with the sweat in my eyes the light strips were like lil baby disco balls reminding me I was in the right spot...read full review
