Hi, this post is so over due. I have lived in 7 different states, visited Hand and Stone in most of these states. For a franchise business? Hand and Stone is by far the most consistent in every aspect. Quality of service providers! Quality of the products used and offered for sale, quality of the staff, cleanliness, feeling of safeness, comfort etc. I have been to other spa’s in the US and at 5 star locations out of country In resorts. Is everything always perfect? No of course not, but if its not its an anomaly not the norm. And the owners of these locations have ALWAYS made it right. I had a great experience here. I got a facial with Brooke. She was very considerate and my skin looks amazing. I also appreciate that it’s a very professional environment but still very calming and relaxing.

Wow! What an amazing spa! I went for my first visit last week and was really amazed. The spa is beautifully done and the services were top notch. Very professional staff and was even greeted by the owner. Everyone made us feel welcome, comfortable and very pampered. Can't wait for my next visit.
