What you really need is customer service, integrity, responsiveness, professionalism and someone who’s going to be there when you need them. I recommend Air Works Heating and Air. T-1 Construction did an amazing job adding on a lower deck to our existing deck. They were professional, quick, and at a very reasonable price. So we recently moved to Louisburg from Knightdale. We had a pool at our other house and we wanted a pool when we moved here. Thinking that we might not get a pool until next year (2025) we were told by our new neighbors to check out US-1 pools. So we called US-1 pools and actually had an appointment to see them in January (2024). Tonni and Alan kindly talked to us about what we wanted and they talked about a couple of different options. 45 minutes later we knew what we wanted and the price was pretty much what we thought it would be. D as I we did all the paperwork and expecting to pick and day we could have it installed. Was shocked( no pun intended) that they said, if you put a deposit down today (January 2024). That we could have it installed in March. My wife and I looked at each other and said, rest? They said yes. So we agreed and sure enough, Shayne and his crew showed up today, 3/21/24 and in about 4-5 hours it was up. Thank you Tonni and Alan, Shayne and his crew for an awesome pool and installation. Thank you, US-1 pools. I highly recommend them for all your pool/ spa needs.

My roof had damage from a nasty recent storm. They met me the same day I discovered it, at the time discussed for an estimate. Mr Rodriguez was very friendly and helpful and great for pricing. He came the next day at the time discussed, right on time. For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel. They said don't worry about it, and thanked me for calling to cancel. Wow! What an amazing company! They did some gorgeous work around our newly installed pool, added drainage, sod installation, a new patio, built a pathway with stones. It looks gorgeous. I have worked with contractors who can be a nightmare but I am blown away by the professional approach of Russel and his team.
