We had an excellent experience with Sedaris Floors. From our initial meeting with customer representative Bertin to our beautifully refinished twenty-five year old white oak floors, all went smoothly. Bertin even helped us navigate an insurance claim making that process much easier. Communication was always clear and prompt. The professionals at Sedaris are knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. This is the **only** company we’ve ever trusted to refinish our hardwood floors, and we’re repeat customers from over 20 years ago—which says it all. Bertin, Adrian and Perla - incredibly nice, honest, and patient, especially when helping us figure out the perfect stain color. They never rushed us and made sure we felt confident in every decision. The final result is absolutely beautiful—our floors look stunning. True professionals who clearly care about their work and their customers. Highly, highly recommend!
