James is amazing and an absolute miracle worker! We had several damaged patches of carpet around a few doorways thanks to some unruly cats and kittens we fostered for a period of time (including one pregnant mostly-outdoor cat who tore her way all the way to the subfloor in a couple spots ?). Thanks to James, you would never know there was any damage! So thrilled with how it turned out and will definitely be returning to Wake Forest Carpet Care for any future needs.

Cannot say enough about the quality of Wake Forest Carpet’s work. We’ve used them several times now for everything from repairs (our dogs like carpet!) to cleaning. Excellent service every single time!!! Highly recommend.

Wake Forest Carpet Care is a wonderful Carpet Restoration Company! They were professional and very personable! They arrived on time and performed several amazing Carpet Repairs where my cat destroyed the carpet in my doorways leading into the hall! They also did a fantastic job on our cleaning carpets and Upholstery! I give them 5 stars all the way!!!Services: Pet stain and odour removal
