I ordered a bunch of items for Christmas that were on sale. *********** managed to lose my package but said it was delivered (to my concierge except my building doesn't have a concierge). I got proof from my building security cameras that it wasn't delivered and contacted The Body Shop. I talked to three agents and sent three emails. Every contact person was polite, reassuring and helpful. *********** finally said the package was lost and The Body Shop issued me a refund right away. It took 10 days from my first call due to *********** insisting it was delivered but I got my refund before Christmas so all is fine. Not to be confused with the Druggie Shop, which is basically a centre for marijuana purchases. Not my thing, maybe yours. I've always been a fan of the Body Shop since I used to shop with them when I was just a kid in England. When I came over here and was looking for some products that I used to enjoy as a kid, I remember getting an aggressive and defensive message from them just because I had correctly stated that they were expensive and that I couldn't find the stuff that I used to love from them back home. They still have good products though, and Barbie likes them.
