The service at Wake Forest Dermatology is the best I have ever seen! The lady who worked the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Matheis was an answer to prayer! She was so thorough and truly cared about healing her patients not just putting a bandage over something. Thank you WF Derm!
We have been unable to get some answers around some skin allergies/itching. We got an appointment with WF Derm and Dr. Matheis was very thorough. We finally got some answers and some help! I was able to get all of my questions answered.
The doctor is excellent, caring, and I believe thorough. I would definitely recommend her. I would give her five stars except that the front desk service is so bad. The person at the front desk knows nothing, and is unwilling to get up and help. The wait to see the doctor is entirely too long. We should not have to wait an hour after the appointment time to see the doctor. Clearly, this is poor scheduling.
