Danielle was one of the main reasons for my successful recovery after my first birth. I knew I wanted to get established with a pelvic floor PT post birth at the recommendation of close friends of mine, and I can confidently say I made THE BEST choice by choosing Danielle at PhysioFit. Just wanted to give a quick review of the therapy that I received. Alyssa Brooks-Wells was an awesome therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and even laughed at my bad jokes. If you ever need physical therapy, PhysioFit is the place to go.

I struggled with being consistent when it comes to moving more/being active for years. Gyms give me anxiety. I am so happy I did a quick Google search for Pilates sessions before signing up somewhere and this studio popped up first. The small group sessions that are offered here are exactly what I needed.I have been attending the 12 week Pilates series here at Physiofit! My instructor is Leanna! Her passion for Pilates and her indescribable level of patience has helped me tremendously. I've enjoyed the 12 week series so much I've already signed up for two sessions after this one ends.
