I walked in to this target optical, and Mike from Jersey provided the best customer experience that I’ve had in any optical store! Unmatched speed and quality. I highly recommend!!!

I could not finish my day without speaking on the amazing customer service that I’ve received today at Target Optical. Upon arrival, the entire staff greeted me with a smile. My husband and I received assistance from Saima. What I love the most about her, she was patient and did not rush through the process. Also, when she was unsure about next steps or any questions that I’ve asked, she never stated that she did not know the answer, she spoke to a higher up. His name was Michael. First time using the optical at Target, and will definitely be coming back. They had a great selection of styles and great deals too. Paid far less than what I was quoted at LensCrafters. The people working here were friendly and professional. Michael even gave me a great pizza restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend this place.
