Perfect example of finding a better way to say no. I purchased contacts from Target online and they were wrong. I thought I could exchange them at the Wake Forest store but it turns out I could not. BUT rather than just turn me away, Diane walked me through the return process. She was so helpful that rather than exchanging them online, I returned them and then purchased the correct lenses through Diane at the store. She used all available interaction opportunities, in person, on the phone and email. I sure hope she is on commission! Excellent learning experience for all retailers. I love this location of Target Optical. They are always upbeat and friendly. I’ve gone several times and I have found them to consistently be on-time, professional and they have great advice and assistance in choosing frames. Can’t beat the prices! Thanks Target
Target Optical on Retail Drive in WF is outstanding! Mike offered the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was my first time trying Target Optical but I'll be back!
