“I requested an estimate for a direct water heater replacement and an estimate for going to a tankless water heater. Mr. Overrated came out last Friday and looked at everything and told me I would have the estimate late Sunday. I got a text notification that the work with Bar D has been finished on Wednesday. I responded that I was still waiting on the estimates. Jimmy D. The owner responded that he was addressing the situation. I received the estimate for the tankless shortly after this. I'm still waiting for the tank water heater replacement estimate and reminded them of that. It's now the next Friday and still no response. I liked the tankless estimate, but we just haven't decided which way we want to go. This lack of follow through isn't helping.
I have received the estimate that I was waiting for, and have updated my review to 4 stars.
I have 1 more company coming out next Friday for the last of 3 estimates before I make a decision. I want to thank Bar D Plumbing for being responsive on the weekend, which tells me that they are quick to resolve issues guarantee their clint is satisfied.“

“Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome.
