“Our heat went out and needed to be replaced. They have weekend emergency service and the new system was installed in about a half a day on Wednesday following the weekend. Basically had to wait 2 business days which was really not bad at all. The crew were all very nice and explained the new system how it works before leaving of course. I would recommend them and the heat feels so good. Hopefully the summer air will be great too!“

“Old heat pump was on its way out after 15 years and was time to replace it. Had my twice a year service on the old pump and the cost of repairs wasnt worth it. Had a represenative come out and discussed new unit costs etc. Went with a Moove inverter unit and it is smooth as silk! Initial investment is alot of money but for the warranty that comes with it plus the peace of mind knowing that its NOT going to fail me when the temperature gets to 90 and above or below 20 is well worth it

The comfort plus warranty that CCAC has is fantastic. Twice a year inspections and if and i seriously doubt it but IF anything is wrong it will be fixed during the first 5 years free of charge.

Installation was time consuming but honestly it always is. Showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Covered up all the floors and worked until at least 7:30 that evening making sure that everything was perfect and running as it should be. No doubt in my mind that when they left there would never be something that was forgotten or overlooked. 100% professional installation and attention to detail over and above!
