“Today is Feb 8,... What a day, my uncle passed away this morning... went to tell my functioning 99 yr old dad of the news only to find him sitting in a cold house . His oil had run out. Due to all the ice and snow, he couldn't check his tank. I called Bain Oil after their closing hour of 2pm and told Dino about the situation, because they had closed. They made an exception and brought my father the oil. Dino came and was so caring and was glad he could bring the oil and also he had to light the furnace light back up. He didn't complain at all and said he was happy he could do it. I'm so thankful that there are Companies and People in this world that still care and think outside of the box. “Damien was very knowledgeable and professional regarding the Bosch air handler system. He communicated his findings very well so I could understand the problem and was proactive about what to do if I had a problem again with my AC. When he left after 1 1/2 hrs my system was cooling.
I was given an appointment the same afternoon I called and given a 2 hr window that tech could show up. He was 15 minutes later than estimated, but the office called to notify and get my ok for later arrival.
