“My instal was great. I have very young children and a dog. The guys did a great job installing while dealing with a dog trying to get out every other time they needed to come in, bad weather and kids running around. They genuinely did a great job being efficient will still communicating with the family. They even got my dog down and brought her home when I had to leave and she got out so my mother in law could stay with my baby.Cordell, Ethan and Chris were wonderful and the service manager Andrew came out immediately to help with any issues so they could get things done on time! These guys work.“

“WONDERFUL COMPANY, SERVICE AND PEOPLE! Last minute, on a Friday evening when temperatures dropped below freezing, I had NO heat! Michael Warren came out to my home in under an hours notice, and within minutes found it was a simple issue and had us back up and running! My friend, Maggie Morrow had seen my plea for help on Facebook and jumped into action, both of them are my heroes! My house was down to 50 degrees! “I’ve used Bain as my oil delivery service for many years. I needed some troubleshooting on my Trane heat/ a/c unit. They fixed the blown fuse and before the technician left he expressed his concern on the way the fan was blowing. He said it should not be running that slow. He checked it out, and turns out the condenser unit was in need of replacing. He installed a new one, and now it’s running good as new. I appreciate the technician being meticulous in his service and fixing the condenser unit before it completely went out! The technician was very thorough and explained everything! Top notch customer service! Same day service as well! I called around 11:30 in the morning and service was complete by 1:45. I will continue to use Bain again and again and I highly recommend!“

“Went here to get my COVID vaccine and they did really good. They were good to me, made sure I was accommodated (I have a needle phobia), and in general it was a good vaccination experience for me. They did a good job. They were clear on how long I would have to wait until I would need to get my second vaccine and when I came back for my second vaccine they helped me out and vaccinated me and did a good job.You even get a sticker and badge on the way out.I am now a happy vaccinated teen. Got my first shot April 13 and my second shot May 4 (was a good way to spend Star Wars day) and am happy to being doing my part to protecting me and others.Highly recommend for COVID vaccine.“
