Had a service contract with a large company and felt like they were not being honest with us. They showed us pictures and said our whole unit would probably need replacing. Called and spoke to Ashley at Southern. She was very helpful and scheduled a tech out the next week for a diagnostic. Needless to say, there was nothing wrong with our unit and the pictures the other company showed us was not even our unit. We now have our service with Southern, an honest company.
I had a reliable hvac company for several years while I lived in Louisiana. There is nothing more comforting than to have a dependable and experienced hvac service provider for regular maintenance and emergencies. Thankfully I have found Southern Homes since I have moved into my new home here in NC a little over a year ago. Very professional, courteous, and experienced. Throughly checks the systems during regular maintenance for possible issues. I’m very pleased and comforted to know I will have someone reliable to call in an emergency.
