“This company has been my landlords go to for years. Every time I have an issue they send someone out quickly and get the job done in a very timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and professional.<br><br>Logan came out last week and realized I needed a whole new unit but it would be a few days before one could be installed. He didn't want my family to be uncomfortable so he used a box fan in order to get my AC going until they were able to come out and install a new unit. It actually worked great and I was really impressed with his know how and the fact that he cared enough to make it work so we could have some relief.<br><br>The two gentleman that came out today to install the new unit, Mike and Cam, did it a lot faster than I expected. Both were really great and even replaced my carbon monoxide detector for me. I couldn't ask for a better team to help in this 90 degree weather. It's hard to find businesses who put their customers first and this is one that does exactly that. I highly recommend this company!”

“We have been using cool breeze for well over a decade, after going through a handful of other HVAC people in the area. We had a new build that after about 5 years (outside of warranty) had started acting up badly and they were able to work on it and fix it enough to hobble us along till we were ready to replace it several years later. Originally, we had a single unit controlling both our upstairs and downstairs- it was nowhere near good enough, especially as we both work from home and our offices were not getting anywhere near enough to be comfortable, plus it was extremely loud, we had one kid with terrible allergies, and another with a bedroom full of hot-running pet stuff. He worked with us to design a new system that was quiet, circulated air well, even in our awkward offices and our one bedroom that ran rather hot. It has been SO MUCH BETTER- we have loved it. Even our neighbors asked us about what was installed because it was so quiet and they wanted one too! At one point a part went bad and they were out here and fixed it in almost no time. Their staff is always kind, courteous, and great at giving explanations of what is going on. We could not be happier with their work and service, and have actually recommended them to people several times.”
