Robert came on time, was extremely polite, provided information on everything he did pertaining to my HVAC systems and was certainly the best and most qualified service tech to have ever worked on my home HVAC system. To be very clear……I am requesting that it be Robert who does all the future maintenance on my equipment.

We have used Absolute Comfort for many years and did not hesitate to call when it became apparent we were in need of a new system. Steve Hamilton was extremely thorough in explaining our options and was quick to get us on the schedule in the heart of the heat of summer. The install team was outstanding. Evan and Malcolm provided detailed answers to all of our questions and the entire team took great care to leave our house as clean as they found it. Even the county inspector commented on the quality of the installation! Clearly we high recommend using the team at Absolute Comfort!
I’m having trouble with a new installation that the installer (not Absolute HVAC) claims is fine. Absolute HVAC was recommended to me, and they came out to perform an independent diagnosis. Not only did they identify the likely cause of the issue, but they also discovered another problem that needs to be addressed before it becomes a bigger issue. When I called them to schedule a visit, they were prompt in responding, came out the next day that worked with my schedule, and arrived on time! I highly recommend Absolute HVAC and will definitely be using them in the future!
