Shamrock Heating & Air has been doing our Heating and cooling system for about 16 years now. They have always been very Professional and Honest. I trust them so much. that we leave our house open for their access. while we are not home. Will has always treated us like family and with Respect. Bobby and Mike put all new duct work under our house on 9/20 and 9/21. 2023. they both did a Awesome job and kept us informed about what they were doing. we have a very very tight crawl space and I know that it was a rough job for them to do. I called Shamrock this morning for service to my ac unit. He not only entertained my call at 730am but he was honest about the cost the use of my warranty and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He was patience with my lack of knowledge of HVAC units as well. What a pleasant experience.Services: Repair HVAC
Shamrock's support staff were friendly & scheduled a visit to our home quickly. Bobby was our HVAC technician, and he was super helpful! He also gave us several suggestions for using our HVAC system more efficiently - it's been several months since he came out, and everything is working well. 5 stars - thank you!
