This was our first experience with Sutton Brothers and it could not have been better. Mark came out in the morning and immediately located the problem with our AC and said it probably would take a day or two to get the part and he would let me know when it came in. Only a few hours later I got a notice that he was on his way with the part. The communication from Sutton Brothers was truly amazing and as a customer I really appreciate the excellent customer service. We look forward to having a great relationship with them for our future AC needs.
Our hot water circulating system installation with Anthony Kusztyb was AWESOME! So pleased that we don't have to wait 5 minutes for hot water any more!!! Anthony is a great guy, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can send him to our house ANY time!
Chris was very helpful. Arrived on time and actually waited 10 minutes for me because I had to pick up my daughter from school. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. His experience enabled him to find the problem extremely fast and get it fixed even faster. His attention to detail and passion for his profession is clear with his work ethic and performance.
