I wanted thank Kesia for all her time and support to get my heating back at home, she went about and beyond, she show her human side to support my family needs, she was very professional and understanding even when my home warranty didn’t assign my order with her company, she stay on the phone with me and my home warranty till i got service order for that Friday. Once again, Cool Breeze 1250 Heating & Cooling saved the day. My 1995 Furnace went out on the coldest night of 2024 YTD. A crisp 10 degrees outside this morning, was hovering around 50 inside the house. Reached out to Cool Breeze for help. Stephen Bagby & crew worked us in their busy schedule today on short notice and gave an honest assessment of the situation. With the aged Furnace, a replacement is warranted but not currently in our the budget. Stephen said he could also replace the mother board, completely rewire the electronic control circuit system, recondition voltage distribution system, renew key start components, and upgrade equipment surge protection...read full review
