“Very impressed with this company!
Elite air recently came out and replaced our AC unit. The men that came out were professional, respectful, kind, and very friendly to work with. They let us know when they were leaving to go on lunch and then would be back to finish, so we weren't left guessing where they'd gone off to. Once they'd finished they let us know the repair was complete and gently put back all of our furniture they'd had to move to get the old equipment out of the house and the new equipment in. They made sure to be respectful of our rugs and not walk on them with their boots, shut the doors behind themselves, cleaned up any mess they made from their work, and did a very thorough job at putting in the new system and making sure it was working properly before they left. Professionalism and respect is important to us. We've had several different types of repair companies, do different repairs in our home over the years and most aren't tidy, professional, or thorough, and some have even been unpleasant to work with having a poor attitude. However, these guys were phenomenal, I was very impressed. Our new AC system they put in is also working perfectly. I'd highly recommend them!”
