I have always been very pleased with my service with Central Carolina Air however, today Matthew came by to do our heating maintenance. He went above and beyond my expectations could have ever imagined. Not only did he inform me of everything, he also explained a quote that I was given for a recommended service. I was very happy that he was able to answer all of my questions and explain it to me in a way that I could understand. He was very patient with me. He is the best tech we have had in a very long time.
