I’d like to start by saying I’ve been a customer for years and frequently drive almost a hour passing several nurseries along the way. Yes the plant selection is most the time on point and usually have what I need. However the driving force making this nursery my first “Go To” Well it’s easy! There is a gentleman named Austin who works in the office / outside that sets the bar extremely high in customer service! Never once has he been anything but accommodating and very knowledgeable with a genuine eagerness to help and listens intently with patience to my many request or questions. I figured it’s time to take time to sing his praises and hope his employer values him as much as I do. Thank you Austin and Piedmont Carolina nursery for always delivering excellence.

Curtis is a conscientious and honest person. He mows when he says he will mow and the yard is always beautifully maintained. Previously, we had several companies plug the yard, but when we discovered that he did that also, we have never had anyone else do it.
