All wonderful- I sent a message on their website Sunday night that Piedmont Natural Gas had to turn my furnace off ( gas leak ), and I need a service visit. Early Monday morning Brittany called me in response- and scheduled a service visit for Tuesday afternoon.Tuesday afternoon Brittany called me letting me know Daniel would be on his way soon from Kernersville. Daniel was professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. He explained what was in need of repair and he pulled up my account and service contract to explain what was covered under warranty and what wasn’t. I called Bolen for maintenance on my HVAC system. It was after hours and I left a message with their answering service which was a live person and not an answering machine. I was very impressed. They asked me what issue I was having and I explained it to the answering service and also said it was not an urgent call and to please have them call me the next morning. Within 15 minutes of them opening the next morning, I receivedmy phone call. Again, I was impressed. They explained to me that they had 2 service calls in front of mine and they COULD come in the afternoon ON THE SAME DAY! Again, I was very impressed!
