I called to request same day service for an elderly family member who was having AC issues. The first company I contacted refused service because I was not the homeowner despite explaining my family member requested that I arrange the visit due to hearing impairment. Thankfully Bolen was agreeable to service the property. They were able to come out quickly and solve the problem. I will definitely call them for any future issues and appreciate their professionalism.
Great service. Making an appointment over the phone was easy. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my AC, replaced the part, and fixed the dampers in my attic. They were very transparent with what was wrong and explained how they fixed it. Highly recommend.
When I talk to Brittany in the office and told her what the problem was with my air and I'm in Kernersville and she said I can have someone out there within 30 minutes I have a guy in Kernersville.
