“Just wanted to say thank you for such a personal service for our school! First day of school and the AC went out! I called Josh and he immediately came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the compressor. We were thinking we were going to be out of AC for 2 weeks and it was a toddler classroom!

“Damien was very knowledgeable and professional regarding the Bosch air handler system. He communicated his findings very well so I could understand the problem and was proactive about what to do if I had a problem again with my AC. When he left after 1 1/2 hrs my system was cooling.
I was given an appointment the same afternoon I called and given a 2 hr window that tech could show up. He was 15 minutes later than estimated, but the office called to notify and get my ok for later arrival.
