“This is an update regarding today's (Dec 31st, 2025) service. Nathan came for a regular maintenance to HVAC system, and he went beyond. He smelled something when he was outside so he did bubble testing on gas line connecting to the house, it was leaking!! I called Piedmont Gas immediately, and a technician came over. He checked and repaired leaking pipeline... I couldn't be more grateful for Nathan's performance. Outstanding!!Thank you, Nathan!

“We had Melvin Brown come out to check our air conditioner that had a big boom yesterday. We have their service plan which worked out well as we need a new compressor an accumulator. It would cost us a fortune if we didn’t have their plan. They came out the next day on a Sunday. Melvin was absolutely wonderful and very informative. I will be requesting him anytime we need them for anything else.“

“We just had our upstairs unit replaced by Integrity. My wife and I were both very impressed by how well the work was done, the time it took to complete the job and how nice the technicians were. We would definitely use them again for our downstairs unit when it becomes necessary.“

“Our AC unit that we purchased from AirCare just a few years ago stopped working at the end of March. A tech came out 4/1/25 and had to order a motherboard. They were scheduled to come back April 7 to complete the repair and didn’t show or call during the timeframe given. When my husband who had been home waiting called they said they didn’t come because it was raining. They rescheduled for the next day, and once the motherboard was installed it apparently now says we need a new compressor and condenser. So now we’re waiting on these parts to arrive. I called today (4/10/25) because after the no show I have little faith in the communication from them but they are still waiting for parts to arrive. The person I spoke with was friendly and assured me they will call when it is all ready. Rated 3 stars for now, hoping this gets resolved and we have no more problems with the unit or the service. We spent a lot of money on this York unit a few years ago for it to have this level of problems. Thankful it is still under warranty and the weather cooled a bit. Will update when the work is done.
Update: Replaced the compressor and condenser and then needed yet another part, but work was completed April 30th/May 1. They did try to get us a whole new unit but the maker, I guess York, declined because they would rather replace every part in the unit. I don't think it was the fault of Air Care but communication on what was happening could have been better. Right before Easter on Good Friday when we were having a heat wave and waiting on parts they did bring us a couple portable units so we could be comfortable and I was so very appreciative of that. Our unit is still working and cooling so hopefully that will last! Overall I think Air Care is a good company and I was so much happier when they brought the portable air units so I upgraded the rating to 4 star. Unfortunately now we're having to look for a new upstairs unit and making price comparisons, I would go with Air Care again if the prices are competitive but not sure I would get a York.“

“I had a leak in my hot water heater and Michael and sons was close to where I live at so I called them they sent Joseph out and he did very good job he did run into some problems but had no problem tackling them it just took a little bit of time everything working very well“
