I had a heating and cooling company come prior to assure and they told me that the unit need to be replaced quoted me an expensive repair assure it came out and look and say Mr. Young, the only thing is going on is the fan on your unit is going out. We can replace that in your unit to be up and fine, so what went from being thousands of dollars went down to be a few hundred dollars. You like dealing with people that’s gonna be upfront and trustworthy.
We had a great experience with this company and would absolutely recommend them. They were incredibly responsive, even coming out on a Saturday, and spent several hours thoroughly investigating the issue rather than rushing through the service call. Maquavian was able to identify the cause, explain everything clearly, and get our air conditioning back up and running quickly.
Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions. We know our unit is older and will eventually need to be replaced, but we really appreciated the way they presented all of our options. Called in the morning after my AC went out the night prior. Were able to get out to me same day and get my system back up and running! Were very professional from start to finish. Walked me through what the issue was (capacitor failed) and explained what the part that failed did and why it fails. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything, but did advise me my refrigerant was low. Advised against doing some work due to potential cost/risk. Definitely earned my repeat business. Thank you again!
