Having lived in the same house for for 35 years, we have worked with a number of HVAC companies. None compare to the excellent service provided by Curtis Davies and Bernard Dorsey of Komfort Air who installed a two unit HVAC System in our house today. They were very professional in their approach and their equipment (at one point there were four brand new trucks at our house) was very impressive. Further, when we called Komfort Air last Friday, Jason came to our house that afternoon and within an hour or so we had been offered a 17 SEER Lennox System at a discounted price and the system was installed on Monday. Solomon is great! He was able to immediately assessed the issue with the garbage disposal and was able to resolve it in no time .He is very professional with a good personality. For other plumbing needs I will definitely reach out to Solomon and Komfort Air Svc Experts.Based on my experience I would recommend Komfort Air!
Sergio and Matt did a phenomenal job performing the annual maintenance on my hvac and furnace. They clearly explained any issues they saw during inspection that I might run into in the future and explained the company’s payment options, including the monthly transferable Advantage Plan, which is a convenient and affordable way to pay for new units and parts. There was no sales tactics or pressure to purchase anything during the annual maintenance; all communication was presented as information only to the customer and I appreciated that.Services: HVAC system maintenance
