With the temp dropping, I realised our furnace combo unit wasn’t working (it was running loudly but no forced air or heat from vents)… and it’s Friday morning. I called Exact hoping to get on the calendar and they set me up for the same day between 1pm-3pm. Kenny comes over about 1:20. I know a little about electrical so he invited me to watch him work. After finding a faulty circuit board that kept the motor running even when the thermostat was off, and showing me the motor that had rusted fins missing, he made a call and found the parts. Kenny gave me the costs, I approved and he drove across town, got the parts, came back, replaced them and got everything buttoned...read full review

I have had Exact Temp for a few years now . Crystal is so sweet. She scheduled my appointment and gave me the coupon special. Kayvan was my service Technician. He is great.I had him Last year also. He calls ahead to let me know he will be at my home soon. He did a great job of keeping my AC running smooth. The unit is over 50 years old.I would not call anyone else.
