“We contacted Shaun of B & H Heating and Air Services to have our thermostat moved to an adjacent wall. (This was after a different, local HVAC contractor said that he would do it, but put me off numerous times and never called when he said he would.)Shaun, on the other hand, returned calls promptly, showed up for an assessment when he said he would, arrived on time (even a bit early) to do the work, and was an overall pleasure to deal with. He also looked at my HVAC unit and gave me a fair assessment of its condition without trying to upsell anything.Where the job called for opening some drywall, he did it in the most inconspicuous area possible and repaired & spackled when he was done. No need to get a second contractor to do the drywall. There is no trace that I had any work done, other than that the thermostat is no longer where it should never have been located in the first place.I will be using Shaun for any future HVAC work & maintenance that I need. I know that what I get will be what I actually need (and not what the HVAC contractor needs).“

Today he came out to take a look at my HVAC unit which was not operating properly. I knew what the problem was as I spoke to an HVAC relative prior to calling Carolina Air Team. I said nothing to Freddy about what I already knew and his assessment was spot on. Freddy did not try to up charge me or sell me anything additional that I didn’t need as other companies have tried to do. He mentioned yearly maintenance every spring and told me to reach out if I needed anything.
