In preparation for new counter tops we had Tyler from Right Now Plumbing uninstall the kitchen sink, create a new valve to allow us water from the refrigerator and remove the very heavy cast iron double sink. He arrived on time and was very efficient and communicated well with us. We hope he will be the one to come back after the counters are done to install our new sink. Thank you Lori Olson

Jayme is a very comforting kind person . She will communicate to make sure you get exactly what you envision . She shares her space with one other person , but, they are separated for privacy . It is also a bonus because there isn’t too much noise or traffic coming and going In and out of their space . Jayme will talk if you want to talk or just work if you want to relax and sleep (like me). I always leave feeling well taken care of and get exactly what I want for my lashes . I highly recommend Jayme. I have tried 3 other lash artists in Missoula , she is by far my favorite and I get the best lash retention from her work specifically .

I wish I could give 10 stars, because Marla is the best hair stylist for miles around! I actually travel from Manhattan, NY to see Marla because her work is incredible and I truly enjoy her as a person. It took me MONTHS to find a truly organic salon and since Marla is the only Oway certified stylist in Montana, it's a no-brainer to do business with someone making a difference. Marla is the only stylist I've ever met who will genuinely cut about a centimeter of hair or less when you tell her you want a trim. She listens to her customers, she's magical at whipping up the perfect color of your preference, and she gives the most delightful head massages when she washes your hair. I was almost reluctant to leave this review because as more people hear about Marla, they will never want to visit another salon besides hers! Thank you for your incredible customer service and polite demeanor, Marla! You're a joy to be around!

I have been searching for a good hairstylist for the longest time and I was referred to Wynona a few years ago. I consider myself adventurous with hairstyles. I like getting different hairstyles, short, medium or long. Wynona nailed every hairstyle request. She is very good and knows how to listen to clients but also politely suggests what she thinks is good or not good for your hair. What sets her apart from other hairdressers I met is her warmth. I always feel I am in good hands with her. She is compassionate and understood my concerns. Fast forward to today, I had an event to go to and I needed someone to do my hair and make up. I asked Wynona if she can do my make up and she agreed. I would say that was the best makeup I've had in my entire life. It lasted all night without retouch. It was dewy with a healthy glow but natural-just how I wanted it. She also did my hair and I was so happy with how it turned it because she really brought my vision to life. I highly recommend Bon Chic Salon. They are reasonably priced. They keep everything well-organized and clean at the salon.

Jeff Ducklowe is an amazing massage therapist! You get top treatment when you go to him! I tore a muscle in my back and I had trouble even walking! I had a Brazilian sugaring session with Victoria and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I’ve been getting sugared with various people for about a year and my session with Victoria was the most gentle and least painful by far. She is very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. Go to Victoria and you will not regret it!
Alyson tinted and curled my very skimpy lashes. I never had anything done to them before, so she explained the entire process and reassured me. She was really professional and easy to talk to. I left the salon with eyelashes that I can actually see! I will definitely go back to see Alyson again.

I'm putting 4 stars instead of 5 only because scheduling an appt was a little complicated. I walked in on Sat and put my name on the list hoping to get a call for an appt at the end of the day if they couldn't squeeze me in. Unfortunately I didn't receive the call. I tried calling on Sunday with no luck so I tried email and got an appt right away! I was paired with Ren and let me tell you that she is AMAZING! She took my idea and made it 10 times better. She was very friendly and kept conversation with me the whole time. Made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Bound By Glory. Will be coming back for more.

Rick is the man! Even though we were a day booked out, he was able to squeeze us in last minute day-of, did a quick and thorough job, and was super friendly. He knows the trade and knows how to keep his clients by not price-gouging like so many others.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pioneer Sewer. Dave quickly and efficiently fixed my problem while also taking the time to help me think through my options. Dave kept a tidy workspace and treated me and my home with respect. If I ever have a sewer problem again, Pioneer Sewer will by my first call.
Our basement sump pump was acting up. I called Anderson’s because of a positive interaction from a few years ago. I was expecting up to a 10 day wait, but I got a call from Jess two days later. He was able to come over, troubleshoot the problem and replace the pump the same day. So we are happy campers and he is coming back to fix a leaky pressure tank valve for us.
Contracted the fine folks at Sentinel to replace 2 hose bibs and a leaking bathroom faucet. Perry gave a bid that was very reasonable. Scheduling with Nicome was a dream. On service day, we had identified another issue with our kitchen si k and Dylan was able to help out with that while remaining personable and informative. I definitely know who to rely on!

I worked here for a short time. Owner Kelly is top notch and friendly even to the new guy that just started. Dominic should be #2. Guys respond to him well. He keeps us motivated and even if were not doing what were supposed to, composes the team and gets us back on track compared to some of the other project managers that want to micromanage you and ruin your day if their not having a good day or want to show a women can lead. No reason to be a B****...Main reason I left. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Field Tech's are top notch. Shop staff is great. I think the office staff should listen to the shop staff to make the relationship fluid. What makes sense for you doesn't make sense to normal people. My wish is less employee turn over at the entry level. Shop foreman Ben and my boss Max were great!
I contacted Pete's Electric to ask about the details and cost to install a backup power supply in case we experience another power outage like last summer. My main priority was to run my well pump, freezer, refrigerator, furnace fan, hot water tank pilot light igniter, and some lights. Brennan, Pete's electrical engineer, came right out and checked out my situation and power status. He recommended a GeneraLink switch device that could be easily plugged in under my power meter (see photo). He explained this new device replaces the previous need to install an extensive and much more expensive separate wired circuit. A generator can easily be plugged into this device and the device will block the grid power and only power the house circuits. He told me the size of the generator determines how much I can power but a 30 amp 5300 watt dual fuel generator will serve my needs as I explained them (I then bought a dual fuel Westinghouse 5300 watt/30 amp at Home Depot for $492). Petes showed up right as scheduled and the whole process to install the GeneraLink was completed in less than an hour. Brennan was extremely professional, responsive, and concerned about answering all my questions. He even patiently showed me how to connect a generator and run a test of the circuits I wanted on with the generator. He help me strategize how to keep the total costs under budget. After the install, I continued to email with him with more quesitons which he also promptly answered. I was extremely impressed with the service from Pete's including their front office. Nicky was very helpful too. Total cost for the entire project including county permit, GeneraLink, and generator was around $2300, much less than I had expected. Bottom line: I highly recommend Pete's Electric.
Matt was excellent! My oven had been out of commission for a while, and when I called him on Friday, he was able to come out Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, was friendly and professional throughout, and his knowledge really showed. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair!

Garden City has provided excellent service to our downtown office for many years. They are reliable, great communicators, and their rates are very reasonable. The quality of cleaning is very good, and if anything is missed they reply within a couple hours to make sure it gets remedied. Very trustworthy as well!

Helped a friend clean her rental property after her tenants left it TRASHED. We managed to get everything else back in order, but the carpets were beyond us. Chuck is a true craftsman who loves wood floors, and takes his work seriously. He also empathized with my “ time crunch”, and found a way to fit me into his schedule. Nick Kamp Construction installed a Pella Door at my Scott Street home. The installation was exemplary, the finish trim was expertly installed and far superior to the homes original mouldings. I asked for some Arts and Crafts details and he took the drawing to his team and they executed those perfectly. Everything is done to perfection and details are examined several times to make sure everything is properly fitted.This is construction that is, in fact, craftsmanship.

He was supposed to take care of the bill (because we had already paid him in full) and stopped answering the phone and emails. Trying to get a trailer frame sandblasted. It's going to take some time subject to the weather. PCS must be busy, because I called them twice and nobody returned my calls. Had to just stop by with the trailer in tow.

Jared was very professional and helpful. He replaced our roof for us. When the insurance company originally denied our claim, Jared made a second trip to our home before construction and sent pictures to our insurance company to get our claim re-opened and approved! We recently completed a major renovation of a house in the U district in Missoula. We picked Confluence Construction because they gave us a solid quote and seemed honest and trustworthy. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result. Joe Jensen and Mickey Niland were both terrific. They were very responsive and easy to work with and they had very good suggestions for improving the project. They stayed within the overall budget and provided a very useful tracking sheet to help us determine how much more we owed and what we could afford for "add-ons". The project ran over the original timeline by a few months, but that was expected given all of the supply chain impacts from COVID and labor shortages in Missoula. Also, we added more scope to the project which caused some delays in completion. The quality of the work was excellent and when we wanted something changed they were very flexible and got right on it. We would not hesitate to hire them again!Services: General construction

We had a large cottonwood removed along a fence line. It was overhanging the house and we didn't want to disturb the other yard as well so opted for the crane service. I think it was removed and cleaned up in around three hours. Stump was taken care of as well two days after.

We were in dire need after the wind storm piled several trees onto our house. Malcolm and crew showed up and promptly got us cleared out. BUT, for the price they charged would have been nice if they would have hauled off the trees. Now I am faced with a several thousand dollar bill to get my yard cleaned up. None of which my insurance will cover! A " tree removal service" should REMOVE everything without having an additional price to do so! To late now, they will get paid! Just damned glad I will never have to go through this ever again, no trees left.

This is a 4.7 star rating now. Malcolm came back and " finished" the job removing the root balls. Would have given 5 stars, but it took some " convincing" to get root balls removed. I am now satisfied with treasure state, they earned their price. Hope from here forward everyone is satisfied!
Able removed 3 poplar from our yard. One was between the neighbors fence and our fenced food garden. Forrest scaled the tree and managed to drop everything straight down. We left about 20 ft of stump for the birds. Excellent job by all three carborists. I highly recommend this service.

I've been going to Dr. Mike for several years now and am always very happy with his adjustments and knowledge. I have a chronic SI joint issue and as long as I see him regularly I'm able to stay pain free. Before seeing him I was in a lot of pain most of the time. Dr. Anderson is personable and listens well and has given me good advice on many occasions.

i have chronic back issues and have seen a lot of chiropractors over the years. Anthony is the best. He just fixes my issues. No time getting electro stim or massage or weird devices. Just lay down, he works his magic, and done. I can always get in on short notice, I never wait and he is always on time. Everyone her is super kind as well.
Don is the only chiropractor that has actually relieved some of my pain. He makes all the other ones look like college dropouts.

Dr. Chapman is very skilled at providing gentle, targeted therapy for patients with all health conditions. The treatment experience is very calming and therapeutic and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after. I recommend going to see him, especially for those with complex joint and bone concerns.
The best experience with a chiro I have ever had.A few years back I had a spinal cord issue and was seeing another practitioner. I awoke one morning with foot drop, which is an indicator of a major spinal cord problem or occlusion, and went in to see my current chiro. That person gave me an adjustment, and told me to come back in a week. I was then sharing my condition with a friend in a physical therapy program who disagreed, and adamantly recommended I go get a second opinion from his chrio, Dr. Van Eerden. Despite never having been a patient before and a full schedule, he got me in within the hour, immediately recognized the problem, and personally arranged for the emergency department to see me. Because of Ivan and his direct work, I walked in the ED, bypassed the lengthy wait, was immediately taken back for an MRI, and scheduled for emergency surgery the following morning.The attending surgeons told me that if I had waited even another 48 hours, I would have never had use of my foot again. I only went in to the ED at Ivan's insistence. Had he not accommodated a last-minute appointment, been knowledgeable in his care, and coordinated with the ED, I would have waited longer than those 48 hours and lost the use of my foot.Now, several years later I still visit Dr. Van Eerden for chronic everyday neck issues due to working at a computer and living an active lifestyle. He does amazing work.I cannot recommend him enough.

I LOVE Grant Creek Vet. I have been bringing my dog here for two years for shots, check ups, when he's sick, for ear infections, surgery, you name it. Every single time they are timely, kind, competent, very reasonably priced, gentle and compassionate with my dog, thorough, and make sure I understand what is going on and have any questions answered. They truly go above and beyond every single time and I am so thankful to have such a good vet.

The kindness and compassion Dr Clark showed my goose when we had to put her down was unbelievable. Most people do not consider geese to be family pets but ours was. She was attacked unfortunately and her injuries were extreme. Dr. Clark was so sweet and gentle to an animal most people find aggressive and use strictly for livestock purposes. We highly recommend Clark Veterinary Services.
Dr. B was AMAZING with our skittish dog (who was also not feeling well) and we finally got some answers with what was going on with him. No invasive tests or unnecessary procedures. Would have this vet be my primary care for both our dogs if we could!! Was absolutely worth the drive down. Highly recommend!

A close friend recommended Alpine as the preferred place to bring my German Shorthaired Pointer when I moved here 4 years ago. I'm so happy with the 4 years of care Alpine has provided to our two dogs. The doctors are incredible, take their time to talk to you and explain things when you ask questions, and they really care about our pets.
Recently, we had an emergency visit for one of our dogs that scared us badly, but Alpine got us in the room with a doctor the same afternoon we called about having him seen. They had him scheduled for surgery at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. They called me, explained what they found, informed me of the best next steps, and gave my wife an I a load of comfort with the knowledge they provided.

The staff was very caring, friendly and kind to my kitten at her first vet appointment. I appreciated that the checkout process took place in the exam room at the end of the appointment instead of having to go back out into the lobby with other pets. We'll definitely be back!
We brought our precious dog to them late on a weekend night after she suffered what turned out to be a devastating injury. The staff was extremely compassionate and understanding.
We ended up having to return the next morning to have her put to sleep. The staff was extremely understanding and caring and gave us all the time we needed with her. The staff helped make the horrible situation as smooth as it could be.
We highly recommend them if you and your pet need emergency care.

I brought my new puppy. Everyone was fantastic in making her first vet visit fear and a stress free. They were happy to answer any questions I had, and I was thoroughly impressed at how up to date with recent research the vet was, and how she was happy to have open discussions about said research. Especially since I’ve been brushed off by past vets at other clinics. It’s a small but very clean clinic, they allow one person at a time in the lobby so perfect for reactive dog owners, and I loved the small family office vibe I got from the place. So happy to have finally found my permanent vet clinic! To my AKC, sport dog, and working dog friends I’d highly recommend this place!

Everyone at the clinic was so kind to our little stray kitty. They gently have her shots and took a blood sample. She purred the whole time! They gave us the feline leukemia test results immediately, which was important because we have an older cat at home to protect. Care instructions were clear and manageable. We came back for her checkup a month later and we're just as impressed with the service!

I’ve been to Soma for massages a few times and they never disappoint! My first experience was a prenatal massage when I was pregnant with my son, and they were very mindful of my baby while still giving me a deep massage like I love. Most recently, I had Mary as my massage therapist and she was wonderful — We did an in depth review of what I was expecting and any injuries or soreness, etc. before we got started and she did not disappoint! I came in to see Mandi as a hot mess with more then several issues and was slightly embarrassed about them all.. Mandi asked some questions and connected what was happening, assured me, got me on some good herbs, treatments have been amazing, and seriously I am feeling so good, she’s a healer for sure! I tell everyone about Mandi. I got my husband in to see her (He could hardly walk from his feet hurting so bad) He had One session with her and was walking way better and went to work the next day. I am so grateful for Mandi, she’s really helping get me to stay balanced and in an optimal state. You gotta see her!
