“If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.“

“Excellent customer service. Our very old furnace went out on Oct 29th and they had it replaced on Halloween. We went with a new unit but I appreciate that they did give us a repair quote as well. The installers were here right at 7:30 and completely cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them for any applicable needs in the future!“

“Our furnace had severe vibration issues. These guys came to inspect it and figured out it needed an induction motor and a blower motor to repair. When it came time to repair, the tech figured out that replacing only one of the parts would fix the issue. They saved us $800 by returning the unused motor. They would call and explain everything in detail throughout the process. I'm more than satisfied with their service and will be calling them every time I have HVAC needs. “Our A/C unit stopped running this past Friday afternoon (7/25)… I came home from work, and it was 80 degrees inside our home! I called “Weis Comfort Systems” and they were able to get a technician to our home THAT evening! Problem solved. The technician was friendly and professional. This is the first time I’ve used Classic Aire Care, as I was a previous Weis Comfort Systems customer (my uncle started that company many years ago).
