“I am so grateful to have found Aireserve. They are the most talented, professional individuals I have dealt with related to AC service. I was thrilled to find out they also have other services including electrical and plumbing. They were able to identify the problem, create a solution to get our home taken care of including recommending a company to fix all the water damage done by improper installation of AC units from another company.
Prior to this, we had 2 new AC units replaced in our home about 2 years ago from another company. Since the prior company’s install, $40,000 later, we have had to call them back out at least 10 times, due to water condensation ruining our ceiling, AC units shutting off and/or not cooling at all! We kept calling them because we were $40,000 invested and we felt like they needed to make it right. Then this summer season started and they have already been out 2 times due to units not cooling and just last week again units stopped working while adding more water damage to our home. I finally decided that it’s time for a second opinion and we called Aireserve. Apparently, the prior company did nothing to address condensation and water has completely destroyed our attic area, ceilings and walls on the 3rd floor of our 2m dollar home. Now we have to have the ceiling and walls repaired due to all the water damage. Thank goodness for Aireserve identifying the problem and creating a solid solution to finally address this issue, for good!”
