We used St. Louis Heating and Cooling to replace our full system, from the initial service call on our leaking old system through the bid and eventual install. On the day of the installation, there was a heat advisory, but they put in extra effort to ensure we and our kids would have AC that evening. Our air conditioning system stopped working in the middle of the night so I called St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning at 6:00 am. They scheduled an appt for that day between 10:00am and 2:00. Greatly appreciated the appt for the same day! Amanda arrived around 12:00. She was very knowledgable and informative. After some research she found the problem and showed us exactly what was wrong and how she fixed the problem. Very much appreciated the promptness and the knowledge that Amanda shared.
