I had a heating issue with the cold- the entire Aldon team was awesome . They were very responsive, knowledgeable, respectful. Bottom line was the entire unit had to be replaced. Install team of 4 went above & beyond to make sure the unit was working! I cannot give enough accolades to ALL of them they went beyond expectations even though ive used Aldon for 40 years & cannot express my gratitude enough. The best! We called Al-Don on the recommendation of a family member and we were not disappointed! They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. One of the parts we needed was ordered and they were able to locate a temporary part so that we stayed warm during brutally cold days. Lisa, Ryan and Hector were all efficient, helpful, kind, and considerate. Would highly recommend this company for any future heating or cooling needs!
I have Jeff and his technicians do the service on my house and my daughter’s house and we are always completely satisfied. I really enjoy the yearly service contract. That way I don’t have to mess with stuff.
