Next thing I know, the company is trying to sell me a $23,000 system and downgrade me to an 80% efficiency system instead of the 90% that I already had installed. I called Reliable Heating And Cooling to get a second opinion. They told me that the system looked fine for its age and the only thing they recommended replacing was the contactor and capacitor. They said it would be under $300 for the repairs and the maintenance. I would highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy and reliable.“
