Such a blessing!! I had a gas leak, called Spire and they shut off my gas, so I called Vitt late at night and they were there lickety split the next morning, Dylan diagnosed, isolated and fixed the leaks that day, and I have a safe house, furnace, water heater and oven, less than 24 hours later. Truly amazing! They also were so kind, professional, informative... and sweet to my dog, Foenix, who followed them around like a helper. Thank y'all!!

ONLY company I can get out to my home on a holiday weekend the next day. I called all over but should have called them first. My water heater went out and needed repaired. Nick came out and was super friendly and knowledgeable about how to get my hot water up and running. I don’t understand some of these negative comments and reviews because their response time, knowledge base, and communication are a triple threat and hard to find. They didn’t leave me stranded with no hot water on a three day weekend like the other business I called nor upsell things I don’t need. Thank you!

Service response was quick and fine. Technician was knowledgeable. However I have as charged $320 per pound of R22 Freon refill. I feel it is over priced. Based on my internet search it should cost between $150 to $175.
