They were able to get us in quickly, the team arrived at the time of our appointment and they got us up and running again in a very timely manner! It was almost 10pm and on of the coldest days in STL, and I reached out to Unique AC, in less than 5 min a gentleman from Unique called me to find out what was the need, after a conversation Anthony said he will come an troubleshoot the furnace. He showed up and began with his protocol, he identified the issue, fixed it and got the furnace going.After that we received the invoice and to our surprise it was a pretty fair pricing even though it was late and cold.Highly recommended make business with this fine company.

The best heating and air company! From the phone call through the visit, they are courteous and professional. On the day of the service, they call when they are on their way with the expected arrival time. Tech covers his shoes before walking in your door. They are friendly and very professional.
