Before I heard about Reliable heating and cooling, I called a different company to come out and do an air-conditioning maintenance and check up. Next thing I know, the company is trying to sell me a $23,000 system and downgrade me to an 80% efficiency system instead of the 90% that I already had installed. I called Reliable Heating And Cooling to get a second opinion. They told me that the system looked fine for its age and the only thing they recommended replacing was the contactor and capacitor. They said it would be under $300 for the repairs and the maintenance. I would highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy and reliable.
I have used Reliable Heating & Cooling for over 25 years in two different homes. They are responsive, prompt, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. At my former home, they helped me maintain an HVAC system that was over 25 years old and once that one exhaled its last breath, they helped source and install the right unit to replace it. No HVAC system is cheap but this one was fairly priced and is probably still going strong. I invest annually in one of their maintenance plans and it pays off with two seasonal system checks a year.
