I am so grateful to Marty and Derick. They came out the same day I called and worked on my furnace. Had to order a part and came back that very next day to complete the job. We are grateful for all their hard work, kindness and expertise. I highly recommend their services.

I had a Fall HVAC inspection & cleaning done by another company and they condemned my system due to several issues. It was 18 years old so to be expected. It was Oct 2023 so it was pressing but not desperate. I had 4 companies bid on the protect including Reliable Heating & Cooling. Their prices were very competitive but what sold me was dealing with Marty. He's easy going and gives you the facts. Rather than offering high end systems he quoted a similar system to what I had and then what the increases would be for upgrading.
