Absolutely 100% incredible! Our tech was exceptional. I'd give him and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service a million stars if I could. Tech was well mannered and clean cut which was greatly appreciated. I've had other techs who did not shine like this company! Definitely recommend!
I was able to quickly arrange an appointment with Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for a diagnostic which was done within a day. They explained their measurements, observations, and decision to recommend a new HVAC system that helped me feel confident it was necessary. Was able to get the new system installed a few days later. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
We have been very happy with the service provided to us by Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service. When we were experiencing difficulty with our air conditioner, they went out of their way to help us. Starting with the office, communication was very professional, understanding of our needs, and response time was excellent. Kim was one of the best we have had anywhere.
