“Ayden Schrader was very professional, on time, and VERY knowledgeable about central air units for being a young fella. Ayden did EVERYTHING possible to fix my unit but, unfortunately, my compressor was bad.
Assured heating and cooling are looking into a possible replacement compressor or, IF I buy a new unit, I WILL definitely have Assured heating and cooling do the job. Assured heating and cooling is a MUST if you need anything done.

He quickly identified the issue with my AC unit and let me know how much it would cost to repair. He gave me some great tips on how to keep up with maintenance on the Furnace and outside unit. Jordan Richardson arrived on time and was very professional and polite from the moment he stepped in our door. “If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.“
