I'm so pleased with Thomas Hoffmann, they did a great job! Our furnace went out at night and Thomas was at our door in 45 minutes. He was able to adjust their busy schedule and get us installed with a new unit the next day. The installer, Jamal was super nice and professional. They did everything they said they would and went above and beyond. In today's world that kind of service is rare! Much appreciated!
