“Of course, we had to call a few companies on an emergency basis during the heat we’ve been getting during the last few weeks. We had two HVAC companies to see why ours quit. The first company techs troubleshot the system and told me what was wrong. I asked for quote for a new unit and had to wait for a Salesperson.
Design Aire was recommended my in-laws and pulled through. Jason, who did the initial troubleshooting and found the problems immediately. He gave me a no BS explanation and provided a few of options. We chose to replace the compressor and A coil instead of piecemealing the old unit, so I asked him for quote. After a few minutes of measuring and putting everything together, he handed me the quote that I accepted. He said that he would also have someone install window units the next day and ask about a military discount that I mentioned when he gave me the quote.
I received a call from his manager, Randy, the next day and told us that the window units are on the way. He also told me that he would he would honor my veteran’s status and provided a great discount.
We had to wait a few days for installation due to scheduling, but the window units Design Aire provided cooled the air well. Today was installation day. Joe and Corey (spelling) arrived on schedule and briefly told me what their tasks were. They started the install and got it finished before their time frame. They were the most courteous and professional craft workers I’ve worked with. I can see why their reviews positive and here’s one from. The names I mentioned made this purchasing experience easy.“
