Level9 HVAC Rocks!

The sales process was excellent - honest and knowledgeable professionals provided us with detailed options and installation for an new HVAC heat pump system! The installation, service, and upgrades we decided on were all top notch! They also helped us us receive the available Federal Credit and excellent financing, including Ameren’s program!

At every step of the way we were provided with accurate, detailed information, including who would be installing, servicing, and updating and when they would arrive - all communicated with professionalism! I purchased the maintenance package. Something I should have done in past years. My HVAC air conditioning unit is 6 years old so that is a pretty good deal. The technicians are all good and knowledgeable.

I recently discovered that my blower was not coming on when I turned on the air conditioner. I called Level 9 early the next morning and was able to leave a message with a virtual assistant that sounded very real! Dispatch called me as soon as the office was open and a technician was available come out within two hours. We are subscribers to their yearly maintenance service. Service technician Justin arrived on time and had to do some trouble shooting and explained what he was doing along the way. He was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I recommend Level 9 to anyone looking for Heating, A/C and Plumbing services.
