Premier Heating & Cooling provided incredible customer service. Tony was professional and took the time to discuss what the issue with my furnace was. I will be using them for all my heating and air conditioning needs
Thank you, Tony Zeller, of Premier Heating and Cooling. I had to call on a Saturday morning- no heat from furnace. He came to do the diagnostic and found a part was needed to fix my furnace. It did have to be ordered. When he came back out to fix it - he did it quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was changing and why it was essential-and showed me the part that was unresponsive. I would definitely recommend Glen and his team for all your heating and cooling needs!!! Tony Z saved the day! I was without heat this morning and just did a google search and came across Premier and called. I was thinking with it being so cold outside that I wasn’t going to get on the schedule. Tony answered and was able to put me on his schedule. I was very pleased with Tony and the professionalism. I will be using them from now on for all my maintenance needs and services. They just gained 2 new customers. I will be switching my mom over too! Thank you!!
