Braden was awesome yet again today installing my surge protectors! I can’t wait to see him back for our annual checkups!. Jerry Kelly should be proud to have him representing their company.
The office called about 20 min before Tech came which was nice for the warning. Our door bell has stopped working so I was able to be by door & have the dogs put up out of the way.Josh C. was very pleasant & I didn’t need to be standing over him to make sure everything was done right. He’s been here before so knew where the furnace was. I just had to turn on the lights. He had the right size of filters so that was the only thing I had to pay for.
DaJuan was my service tech for my annual furnace inspection. He went over everything in detail and explained all the enhancements. Everything was great and DaJuan was exceptionally polite!
