I had a controller go out on my furnace on a Monday evening Dec. 18th, 2023. Technician came out and replaced it so now I have heat again. I will call them if I am in need of service.
Eric was extremely helpful with my furnace. I had called to see if there was something that needed to be done due to some condensation on my exhaust. He fully explained the issue and there was no upselling of my issue, he was very forward with all my options I had that I could take. Not one time did if feel any pressure to move forward at that exact moment. Highly recommend using Arch Air!
