My AC wasn’t working. I called on Friday afternoon, and they came out on Saturday. After determining that the unit needed replacing, the job was scheduled for Tuesday. On Sunday afternoon, they called and said they would be able to come on Monday.
A complication occurred just before they arrived on Monday - I lost partial electrical power. They were able to install the unit, but couldn’t turn it on to test it. When I finally got the AC back on (thanks to the electric company’s poor customer service, it took a day longer than it should have), they came back out on Tuesday, made some adjustments, and turned on the AC.
