“I have used Controlled Heating and Air conditioning for all my AC needs. Back in 2021 I had a flood in my basement and they came out and replaced all my components. Fast forward to this year I had them come out and tune up my AC and they found my evaporator was leaking. They where able to replace it quickly before the heat of Summer. The system is running great. “This is our second experience with Wildwood heating and cooling. And I only have good things to say. My wife was at home with the children at the time of repair. The young man who did the repair was very respectful to my wife, even to the point of asking if it was OK to come into the house even after he’d been inside doing diagnostics. He made sure to knock before entering each time which made my wife feel very comfortable and respected. In addition to the repair requested I also decided to add on the installation of a Bluetooth thermostat and upon asking for information they were not pushy at all and simply gave me the quote and told me that they could do it that day. In a service and repair world generally dominated by men it is very nice to see the respect that is due to a woman in her own home.

“Recently moved to St. Louis area from Chicago suburbs. Noted
that my second floor was not adequately cooling and proceeded to add several inches of insulation. Still no change until Advantage Air came into the picture. Troy was at the house and immediately identified my issue as NO cold air return function.
Told that my fix was to run a much shorter return line. Did this and still inadequate return. He next came back with a camera and found the issue was also that my returns in the wall were blocked with wood and insulation. Had a carpenter out to repair
the returns and reline the walls. I now have a system that is working!! Troy was spot on and I am truly thankful for his
willingness and determination to get this issue fixed and done
