This was the first time using Eureka Heating and Cooling for issues with our furnace. We were able to get a scheduled appointment quickly and easily.Our technician, Geoffrey, arrived promptly, and was extremely professional and courteous. He quickly found the problem with the board on the furnace, and was able to get it replaced the next day.I strongly recommend them if you have any heating or air-conditioning needs.

Great customer service with helpful friendly people. We had a heat pump service call and Geoff made sure we got the answers we needed and clearly explained the issue. Recommend this company.

Geoffrey is very helpful and informative… tells you what he’s doing and why. Very informative. The retiring brothers are both masters at their craft. It’ll be a kiss when they leave, but it is being left in good hands, it seems.
